After a standout year with the Denver Broncos, the future remains uncertain for former Gators quarterback Tim Tebow. The Jacksonville native resurrected Broncos football in 2011 with comeback fourth quarter wins and his faith-based approach to football, but he lost his starting position after his team signed free agent Peyton Manning to a five year $96 million contract on Tuesday. Though Tebow’s accolades include leading Denver to their first playoff appearance since 2005, Broncos Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway says he could not say no to the man with a Super Bowl ring and four NFL MVP awards.
